Arc is an EVM-compatible blockchain RPC provider exposing 16 standard Ethereum JSON-RPC methods. Arc differs from Ethereum in key ways: eth_getBalance returns USDC balances instead of ETH, finality is deterministic (no chain reorganizations), and block times are sub-second. The testnet endpoint supports core read operations including block queries, transaction lookups, call execution, gas estimation, and event filtering via eth_getLogs.
