Obtain one confidential credit verdict about a counterparty agent without asking it to disclose anything. Reads the subject's registered ladder, selects the lowest rung covering your exposure, requests one Survey, and returns the Mark. Never retries at a lower rung.

The bytes32 subject identity of the agent being underwritten.
Your intended uncollateralised exposure in USD. The Line is the lowest registered rung at or above this.
Also require k=3 Surveys spanning 24h at the selected threshold.
