Issue a timelocked spend schedule for a data feed on NotYet, check which period is ready to unlock, unlock that period, and settle the x402 payment on Hedera. Returns price data and settlement link. Security: only the currently unlocked period can be spent, limiting exposure if the agent is compromised.
